"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Stayed for two nights in a double room with AC. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a nespersso coffee machine and a kettle. A small fridge would have been nice to have.
Location was fantastic. Our room had a window onto the square which was quite lively at night, but with the AC on we could close the windows so it wasn't bad. There is a supermarket close by and was about a 10 kin walk from the train station. Beautiful city 💙"

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL **
We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues.
We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...
