Extremely clean, friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, very crisp new linen & towels, excellent location on the lake, very cute and decorated nicely. Only 2 rooms were booked the night I stayed, so the hotel was very quiet. My room was clean and comfortable and had two doors - one to the interior hall and one to the parking lot. The husband and wife owners were very friendly and were fun to talk with. Breakfast was included and was fresh and tasty. Location is a mile or so outside of Manchester. Recommended.

This motel was great! You canāt beat the location for Ludlow and it made for a cozy, winter stay. Our experience at the outdoor fire pits at the bar was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back!

Everything was not bad, due to Covid. So indoor Pool, sauna closed at 6pm, bar at 9! Big problem was with the room, they put me in totally different room as shown on the pictures, but big thanks guest check-in personal, they fix this problem.

We got in late because we had an issue charging our electric car. The guy was so friendly and even ran an extension cord so we could charge our car.
The room was clean and so rustic I loved it. The jetted tub was amazing and relaxing.
Lastly the breakfast was delicious and we were told made from scratch! It was so good

hotel is only about 15 minutes from downtown but feels a world away. nice and quiet. room was recently renovated, however only seemed to be the main area as the bathroom was a bit dated. that being said, everything was very clean and we had no issues/complaints.
pool area was great. there seemed to be fire pits available for use, we just noticed them too late to take advantage. staff was very friendly and accommodating.
