"Let’s start with the positive. The staff were terrific very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The restaurant inside the lobby had terrific food and the bar was cool with delicious drinks. The bad.. the room we were placed in was, well, a nightmarish hellscape. Pure evil painted on the walls. The rooms posted on the website have lovely unique paintings on the rooms of the hotel. Our room however was not that. Seriously someone’s hellish nightmare painted on all the walls. It was very discomforting and disturbing.Then there is the carpeting all around the hotel crosses every where, you must walk on crosses. I’m not particularly religious, but even I felt it wrong to be walking on a religious symbol, completely disrespectful.. Then there was the art piece at the elevator entrance on floor four. It’s not probably noticeable by children, and a quick glance it looks like just some random ugly art piece, but when you actually stop to look at it and read the symbolism, it’s very sexual and honestly horrible. Very off putting. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years. I used to absolutely love it. So sad to see the change."

"The property has just been sold and being remodeled now. Rooms are great hallways dirty outside unkeeped staff are wonderful."

"This property is overpriced and overrated. I was disappointed that the reviews were so off the mark. It’s very noisy with paper-thin walls. I could hear literally everything going on in the rooms around me from people coughing, talking, showering, etc. The room was less than average and the bed squeaked loudly every time I moved. For the price I paid each night this place was especially a disappointment."

"The breakfast left a little to be desired. The potatoes were stibe cold. There were ehh fritattas that were also cold. No meat options. What bugged me was gaving our "Do Not Disturb" sign up, but a cleaning staff member knocked on our door at 9:42 am on Dunday morning and actually asked when we were leaving. Checkout time was noon and we wanted a bit more sleep before making our trip back home. She woke me up. I was very irritated. I told the front desk man about and he offered a bottle of water to "compensate" but I didn't take the offer. I said i already had bottles of water. The cheek! Not staying at Element again."

"Our room smell like a smoker room. There as a hole in the restroom door. Deadbolt on the door was damage and someone tape it back on. Air conditioner button were damage we had to unplug it to turn it off. Hair in tub and sink. Floors were dirty. No shades on the lamps. Our bed was broken. Cigarettes buds all over stairs and side walk."

"Beautiful resort, loved everything. Would be great if a few more things were added for kids to do, otherwise was very enjoyable. Low payouts at casino however, stayed for 4 days and only saw 1 person getting a payout."
