The ground floor features a living room with a double sofa bed measuring 200 cm in length, as well as a shower and toilet. The upper floor is accessible via an exterior staircase and comprises an entrance hall with air conditioning, a combined living and dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV, and an open kitchen with modern amenities like a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level also has another shower and toilet. The second upper floor houses two bedrooms: one with a 90 cm bed and a French bed (160 cm), and the other with a single French bed (160 cm). This floor also has a shower and toilet.
