The space opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, overlooking a private pool and playground. The first floor includes three air conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. Guests also enjoy a private gym, large garden, children playground, outside covered kitchen, children playground and covered parking, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups.



Guest Access:

At Villa Marijanin Vrt you have exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the two-story villa, a private swimming pool open from May through October, and a large garden with a playground. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a billiard table, a private gym, and three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. You may also use the covered terrace, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue facilities. Two private parking spaces are provided for your convenience.

Getting Around:

We recommend arriving at Villa Marijanin Vrt by car to enjoy the freedom of exploring the Istrian countryside and coastal towns. Located in the quiet village of Radetici, the property offers two private covered parking spaces. While public transportation is limited in this rural area, Pula Airport is a forty five minute drive away and serves as the most convenient gateway for international travelers.

Included services include the use of our private swimming pool which is open seasonally from May until October. Guests also enjoy complimentary wireless internet, fresh bed linen, towels, and full air conditioning throughout the villa

. Please note that we provide a baby high chair and a cot or crib upon request for families travelling with infants.

For arrivals outside of our standard check-in hours of 16:00 to 21:00, please contact us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
