Villa Joze is a modern villa for 6 people seeking relaxation and pleasure with a calming view of the wooded surroundings. The first floor has an open floor plan with a carefully furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds an extra dose of coziness and romance. A bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. A special feature of the first floor is the direct access from all rooms to the covered outdoor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee. On the upper floor, with far-reaching views of the greenery, there are two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The modern and elegant design of this villa is also reflected in the outdoor area with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. To ensure additional privacy, the villa is fully fenced and has a spacious lawn area ideal for children's games. Swings, a slide and a trampoline are available for the little ones for additional hours of play. In addition to the pool, the outdoor area is equipped with a canopy with a charcoal barbecue and a dining table to enjoy al fresco meals. Round off the shared activities with table tennis or a picnic on a bench next to the tree for an unforgettable experience.
