"The balcony view was beautiful. It's open, making it easy to connect with other guests. The space is quiet, clean, and faces the mountains at the back of the property. We especially enjoyed watching the many hummingbirds at the active feeders. One downside is that there's no way to control the temperature in the room. One of us slept well, while the other woke up feeling hot. If you prefer a cooler sleeping environment, consider bringing a portable fan—and don’t forget an extension cord. Overall, we would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and enjoyed the 3 days we stayed at Buffalo Peaks B & B. The hostess was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the guests were fun to chat with. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and our room Mt. Oxford was quiet and comfortable. We will definitely go back. "

"The property is INCREDIBLE. Stunning views with a lovely creek, ponds, and fun antique equipment. We saw a group of 10 pronghorn just chilling on the property, a huge jackrabbit, and an adorable woodpecker nest in the tree directly behind the property. The house itself is spacious! The kitchen is updated and well stocked with cookware. Some of the mattresses are a bit on the uncomfortable side for me but might be totally fine for others.We traveled with four adults and three kids ranging in age from 4 to 7, and everyone had a great time and plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!! "
