"My daughter's room was not cleaned. There were wine bottles, trash, dirty towels and bed linens in the room. When staff was alerted to this, they just walked right in without knocking while my daughter and her teammates were changing into their softball uniforms. "

"If your expectations are low then this is the place for you! Don’t know how it received such high ratings but this place is definitely dated and unbecoming! And the breakfast is basically nonexistent (just some bread, cereal and apples, not even an assortment of fruit) with juice and coffee! Unfortunately I went off of the previous reviews and the first few pics I saw! Lesson learned!"
