The SeeZeit Apartment 04 offers you comfortably furnished accommodations in a prime location in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Timmendorfer Strand. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the SeeZeit building and is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

With a living area of 42 m² for up to 3 people, the apartment features a total of two rooms, including a separate bedroom with a double bed, TV, and open closet.
The living area is attractively designed and features a cozy sofa bed, an armchair, and a dining area for relaxing.
In the bright living room, you’ll find a TV, a radio, and a CD player, ensuring plenty of entertainment.
Blackout curtains create a cozy atmosphere in the living room and bedroom and ensure undisturbed sleep.

The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and is perfect for cooking. Among other things, you’ll find a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all kitchen utensils. This makes it easy to prepare your own meals and dine together after a wonderful day at the Baltic Sea.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. A shared washer and dryer are available (free of charge) in the basement.

Its proximity to the beach—just about 150 meters away—makes Haus SeeZeit Apartment 04 ideal for beach vacationers and anyone who wants to enjoy the sea. Shopping options are about 550 meters away, and the nearest town center is about 600 meters away. The train station is also easily accessible, located about 1,800 meters away.

A parking space at the house is reserved for you. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

Other shopping options and the town center are just a 7–9-minute walk away. Here you’ll find shops to browse, cafés to relax in, and renowned restaurants for dining.

You can take a wonderful walk along the Brodten cliffs. Here you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Lübeck. Geologists also offer interesting guided tours and explain the various sediments, some of which are billions of years old.
