Große Enttäuschung - dreckig & heruntergekommene Wohnung, keine Bettwäsche/Handtücher

Wir haben nach den Fotos dieses Objekt gemietet und waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war sehr schlecht gepflegt, einiges war kaputt, viele Ecken dreckig, Türrahmen sehr abgestoßen - allgemein ein schlechter Zustand und weit von dem entfernt, was die Fotos im Internet versprochen haben. Es gab keine Bettwäsche & keine Handtücher, die dann vor Ort spontan für 26€ pro Person (!) gemietet werden mussten (ohne Quittung), ohne dass dies im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde (sonst hätten wir etwas mitgebracht). grob: In der Küche waren Wasserkocher & Kaffeemaschine & Tassimo-Automat vollkommen verschmiert/schimmelig, im Flur befindet sich in schmutziger Kiste ein sehr dreckiger Wischmoppaufsatz (gibt aber keinen Wischmopp), im Teppich sind Krümel & co der letzten Jahre gesammelt, Duschtüren-Scharniere & Fugen verschimmelt, Spiegelschrank hat kaputte Lichtbirne, im Schlafzimmer Vorhang kaputt. Wohnung ist NICHT barrierefrei wie angegeben; vom Parkplatz aus sind 10 Stufen zu überwinden (schwierig bis unmöglich mit Rollator). Keine Empfehlung, kommen nicht wieder

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Einrichtung ist soweit gut. Die gesamte Wohnung war noch sandig. Das Geschirr, die Töpfe und Pfanne nicht sauber. Es fehlten kleine Löffel. Das Wasser in der Küche wurde nicht richtig heiß. Nicht so gut, wenn auch keine Spülmasche vorhanden ist.
