Ausführliche Infos bereits im Vorfeld. Sehr netter Empfang. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und sind, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Vieles ist seit unserem letzten Besuch renoviert worden.

Gute Organisation, sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Mängelanzeigen. Informationsverhalten ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nicht gut. Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft kalt. Die Heizungsanlage war defekt. Mehrere Telefonate dann ksm zwei Haustechniker. Heizung viel trotzdem immer wieder aus. Am nächsten tag wieder Telefonate und der heizungsnotdienst musste kommen, um sich der Sache anzunehmen.
