"Pros: the place is clean and tidy. It's not far from the city centre (20 min walking). The staff was friendly. Cons: the service desk is supposed to be open during the day, however at arrival the front door was locked and a paper saying to call a number. I waited an hour and nothing. I had to go buy a local sim card to call the number and someone come to help. "

"A wonderful new hotel. Everything was just perfect. Big room, new furniture, amazing matress. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast, included in the room price. Safe area and parking. Walking distance from the city centre. We will definetly come again. "

"We loved our stay here. It was a true oasis compared to Bucharest. We felt relaxed and it was a charming, welcoming base to explore the city. The garden, the pool, the food options, the library were all great. Our teenage daughters loved the pool and the rooms. It is not in quite the historical centre but very close - 15 walking and a quick Uber ride. We would return! A great stay and introduction to Timișoara. "
