"We booked a king size room for three nights. The room was uncleaned when we got there, it still had the bed unmade and towels on the floor from previous guests. So very NOT clean. They then substituted our room for two queen beds instead. We got to that new room and the towels were all stained dirty. We couldn’t track down anyone who spoke English to get replacements, they sent me on a wild goose chase to find someone to get me two towels. The floors were sticky. The gym was gross. They never once cleaned our room while we were there. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I read reviews prior to booking and had I read one like this we would not have booked. So I hope this helps the next person…"

"Hotel and staff was very nice. Noisy on one side of the hotel because of the highway behind the hotel. I asked to be moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. They accommodated my request. The king bed was more comfortable than the queen size beds. Overall. Nice hotel. "

"The inside of the bathroom door was very dirty. Breakfast was available but had to pay for it ( thought it was a free continental breakfast as most places offer) There was only one package of dry creamer and sugar for the coffee, which meant...I could only have one cup in the morning! ( which btw, was really terrible)"

"Clean room. The space was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids and overlooked the event area. Quiet hours started at 10, which was nice. The AC was a little loud, but not a big issue. My kids loved the pool, and the staff were very friendly. Great location. Parking can be a little difficult when there’s an event going on. Check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again."
