"The gal at the front desk was amazing, I’d only had three hours of sleep because I went to the Prodigy gig the night before and then I decided this was a decent place to crash for the night. I got in early and while I was willing to sleep in my car until time to check in, she went above and beyond to get me sorted.
There was also a really lovely lady who was working on my floor doing housekeeping who I chatted with briefly. She told me to go in and get my head down, and was just so friendly....
"The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned.
The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure.
Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...
