Fall head over heels for the Oregon Coast with this gorgeous Oceanside vacation rental! With ocean views and a private hot tub, this home is dreamy any time of year! Just a few minutes' drive from the beach, you can spend the whole day soaking up the sun or staying active in the water without heading too far from home. Countless state parks, beaches, lookout points, and forests surround this beautiful area, so there's always something to choose from, like hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, or even whale watching! Don't forget about all the seafood, bars, and shopping options. And you can always head out on a day trip to the other coastal towns of Rockaway Beach or Lincoln City.

You'll be impressed as soon as you walk in - huge bay windows line the wall with spectacular ocean views, and the high wood-paneled ceilings of the great room and kitchen provide plenty of space and natural lighting. The living area has a comfortable couch and armchair where you can snuggle up and stream Netflix or enjoy your favorite DVD on the giant TV. The dining table extends and has room for up to six people, and the cook will love the full kitchen with beautiful views, cookware, and a dishwasher to clean it all up at the end.

Perhaps the most exciting part of this home is the enormous deck that wraps around the backside of the house. During the busy summer, it is common to witness hang-gliders near the skyline! There's even a gas grill on the deck through the sliding glass door of the living area, so you can whip up some BBQ for your crew. With a private washer/dryer, everyone can pack light. Plus, this home welcomes up to two dogs (though please note a nightly fee applies)

You'll sink right into the seaside state of mind!

The home was very secluded and private was clean when we got there. We ended up not taking the dog, he was old and passed away a few days before we left to come. The parking was great kitchen was well equipped but needed a dish rag and was only one kitchen towel. FYI might ad in an extra couple of kitchen towels. Bath . Towels were enough for us all. Was remote so needed to travel 20 minutes to the store. But was not bad. The local store were just neighborhood stores and not fully stocked with items for a kitchen. Mostly a convenience store. Hot tub was amazing and hot. And had towels extra for the tub. Tv was good watched movies and played games. Overall was a great stay.

Oceanside home hah!
This house is not as pictured . It is old, needs updated and not Oceanside. The AC barely works; the BBQ did not work, needs propane, no deck furniture at all; the master bed is shot, the mattress & box slope toward the middle severely so they tossed memory foam over it; I would have tossed the sheets 3-5 yrs ago they were so thin with nobs all over them, no closet bedroom so not actually a bedroom. All the shrubbery needs cut down so that there MIGHT be a view!! It is extremely small! Reserve with caution!! We stayed 4 nights & was over $2,000. Certainly not worth it

Roof leaks but otherwise cozy
The roof has 3 leaks, but looks like there could be more when it’s raining more consistently. Two of the leaks were right over the couch so we couldn’t sit on it. When I texted the customer service number about it, after a series of automated responses, they said it was well documented and they’ll be in touch. The leaks were not disclosed in the listing or any recent reviews and were a bummer. We were also there during the recent wind storm and didn’t have power for the last day and a half. Because there is no cell service, it’s worth being aware of the possibility of an outage with no connectivity. Luckily we brought a bunch of firewood and flashlights and even brought a camp stove by random chance, so we stayed for our full booking. Our food in the fridge and freezer went bad, however. Other than that stuff, the hot tub was great when there was power, and the house is cozy. The view from the bay windows is lovely. I just wish I knew about the roof leak, and because Vacasa is a big company, the automated responses and lack of acknowledgment about the still ongoing power outage when we were finally able to check out when we got to cell service gives me pause. I doubt there is an actual human being that is aware of the situation and will warn/refund the next renters.

Quiet escape
We enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and the stars were out while we relaxed in the hot tub. The wifi worked great, but as mentioned in the description there is little to no cell service. The property needs some updating, the carpet is really old and stained. I was glad I had packed slippers. Also, there are two coffee makers, lots of tea but no coffee for those who arrive late and want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. There is no outside lighting near the hot tub which is down a few stairs, so couldbe a accident waiting to happen. There are flood lights outside but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on and they do not seem to be motion activated. The toilet in the master needs to be repaired as it runs constantly. Thank you for hosting. If the owner does a few updates, we would definitely return.

Check in
There was no key in the lock box when we arrived at the home. We had to stay on hold when we called the Vacasa line but eventually the maintenance man called me and showed up later with a new door knob to change it out. This added an hour to getting in but at least he was there to help.

Great location
Nice home in a great location for easy access to Oceanside, Netarts, and Tillamook. Our family enjoyed the hot tub almost daily. Home had almost everything we needed, including a k-cup maker…but was missing didn’t have a pack-n-play and high chair.

Great view and cute house
Pros: We loved this beach house. The views were awesome and the hot tub was a bonus. Comfortable beds and beachy decor. Cons: The house wasn't super clean and the coffee maker was broken. Could use a better set if blinds for the endows as it gets extremely bright and warm in the late afternoon.

Nice home away from town
Mackenzie Beach House is a nice place for a family get away. We had 2 small children who enjoyed the house and the quiet cul de sac. It’s a long way to the beach until you discover the trail through the woods and down a steep path directly to the beach. 10 minute walk. The house is small but has nice sitting areas and a lovely large dining room table. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals including spices. I loved the pottery. So nice to have quality dishes and cook ware. The hot tub was a pleasant place on the cool October evenings.

Overall, the property was in a location that worked really well for us. The cleanliness was pretty good. However it didnt seem like the floor had been vacuumed as there were shells and crumbs on the floor when we arrived. The hot tub wa nice.

October weekend for five
My four adult daughters and I recently stayed at Arthur's Court for a long weekend. We enjoyed the house and the area very much. There was plenty of space to sleep comfortably, eat and lounge. The Hot Tub was great, but never seemed to get to the full desired warmth. It was a bit on the lukewarm side. I agree with past reviews that the bushes/pine trees could be trimmed a bit so you could enjoy a view from the hot tub as well as from inside. Though you can see the water when standing on the front deck and or in front of the dining table, it would be nice to have a bit better view. It also would have been nice to have beach towels for the hot tub instead of the bath towels. We were asked to turn on the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher soap. It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice and a quick drive to the beach. Directions to get down to the beach would be helpful. We had to figure it out upon arrival and just missed the sunset. The area had a lot to offer - nice walks on the beach, a visit to the Cape Meares Light House and trail walks, good restaurants. We went to Tillamook Cheese factory - didn't take the tour. If we had maybe it would have been worth the drive. We did have my daughters dog with us. She did very well and loved the runs on the beach. Overall, a great weekend with beautiful weather for October!

This property is in severe need of some upkeep and updating.
Way to expensive! We've stayed in much nicer places through Vacasa for half the price, and we got the last minute discount. It's dillusional what they're asking for this place. The flaws are to many to list but the fact that there is no patio furniture at a "beach house" is inexcusable. The broken screen door and hot tub cover, literal hole in the wall, non painted porch railing, no cupboards for food, stain on the walls and small size are all factors in the rating. Felt severely ripped off.

Nice house in private quiet development
Nice house in quiet neighborhood. Decor is a bit dated, but everything worked well and check-in was easy. The bedrooms are all lined up against each other so if someone in your party is really loud you will hear them. The view is a little more overgrown than the pictures show, you really can only see the beach on one small spot on the porch, but you can see the ocean easily.

Beautiful view, comfortable beach house
We visited this house in mid-August at the peak of the vacation season. Had never stayed in Oceanside before although we were familiar with the area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach. (Walking to the beach is not practical or advised.) Most of the houses nearby seem to be permanent residents and not rentals. The expansive deck and floor to vaulted ceiling west windows offer spectacular views of the three arch rocks and the surrounding ocean. The hot tub was very refreshing after a cool day at the beach when the sun never showed through the fog all day. The bedrooms are comfortable and about what you would expect for a beach house. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped although if there is something specific planned for a meal, you might be ahead to bring along your own cookware, tools, etc. The barbeque was adequately clean and worked well. Since there are very few opportunities for dining out without driving some distance, we'd suggest planning on cooking most meals. The only significant downside to this house is the lack of closet space and/or bedroom dressers. There is no dresser in the two smaller bedrooms and the one in the master bedroom only has three open drawers. The closets are tiny and have very little room. We had to be creative in order to figure out where to unpack which was necessary since we were staying 4 days. On the positive side, the house is well laid out for family or group activities with comfortable couch and chairs in the living area, a giant flat screen TV, cable service and Wi-Fi. (Cell service is very spotty if not non-existent in the entire Oceanside area.) We found the house to be comfortable for a long weekend at the beach. The views of the arch rocks in the morning with the sun coming over the hills behind the house is spectacular and we had a wonderful view of a dramatic red and orange sunset as well as the Perseid Meteor Shower one night. On the whole we found the house clean and well-equipped and a reasonable value for a family or small group get together.

dirty, gross dirty
Denied an early check in because supposedly cleaners were preparing our rental. cobwebs and dirt everywhere. The refrigerator was dirty with some unknown slop. I had to empty the dishwasher but at least I knew the dishes were clean. Hot tub was a delightful 72 degrees snd murky. Honestly, for the money, I should have stayed home in my own space. At least my home is clean and Comfortable. Will Never use this rental company again
