Great rental property for our family! We brought our ATV/dirt bike trailer to explore the nearby OHV areas, we pull it with an F150, we had plenty of space in the driveway for truck and trailer to stay connected. Easy to back in with room across the street, as well as a kind of turn around area to the north of the driveway. We used the kitchen for dinner twice and a big breakfast. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Theres even some nonstick usable pans! The coffee bar was 10/10 lots to choose from. Theres a store about 5 mins away for any items you might need, but anything more than a couple items you will want to venture to fred Meyer in Tillamook. (About 15 min drive)My sons, 17 and 11 had tons of stuff to stay busy while not atv riding. There's a karaoke machine and Wii upstairs, just a very cool place to enjoy your family! Tons of board games and activities too! Make sure to save your door code before you lose signal turning off of 101. After you go behind the mountain at netarts, you'll have zero service with AT&T. I had the wifi info saved as a screenshot, so i finally connected to thr internet and THEN I was able to acess my messages and door code lol. I count it as a positive not having service, because I was really needing a break from work, and especially my phone! I would absolutely rent this property again, and we probably will be renting it again! Id like to explore the beach next time.. A
