"Fantastic views from our room of the volcano. We were staying in the top side of the hotel which was a bit of a walk down to restaurants and pool, there was a road being worked on which meant we couldn’t go the most direct route. Pool facilities were excellent a lot of family and children around the bar which had an excellent cocktail selection, and food at both breakfast and in the restaurants was great. Thermal pools were enjoyable and relaxing and the walk up to the view point is worth the trip. "

The staff were professional and very friendly, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, the pools and the grounds were beautiful and well kept, the room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable.
