"I liked the cleaness but i didnt like a lot of slopes to get there, also towels are not provided, even homeless shelters provide free towels, why cant they do it? "Everything here is an attempt to cut costs and make more money. Bed not made (fine), no Aircon despite crazy heat, towels for rent (3.5 euro), lose your keycard (5 euro to replace a bit of plastic), showers on very short timers, toiletries not refilled, bathrooms dirty with mould on ceilings, ants in rooms. Want to leave your bag for a few hours before leaving? Pay per hour for lockers. Awful awful attitude for a hostel."

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We had three of us in one room and there was enough space without it feeling cramped. Close to the metro and tram stops. All the hotel staff were so accommodating, always friendly and willing to help with anything we asked."
