In the complex: restaurant, boutique, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 10 m, shopping centre 5 m, bakery, café 10 m, bus stop 100 m. Ski lift 50 m, chair lift, ski rental, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 10 m. Nearby attractions: Centre aquatique Le Lagon 50 m, Centre sportif Tignesespace 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 10 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes le Lac.
1-room studio 14 m2 on 11st floor. Renovated: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. View of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Excellent Position but failings

Great position in Palafour. There is a block of lifts but only the one opposite Marmot Pub is for level 11! There is a ski locker in basement but damp so only leave skis. Sofa bed very low and uncomfortable. Big crack in shower likely leaking thus damp smell in studio. Need to open window if showering as extractor not working. Cracked paintwork all around the window falling on floor. Glad only me as too small for two.

Toplocatie vanwaar je zowel snel op de latten als in shops en bars en restaurants bent. Wel heel krap van locatie. Prima voor twee goede vrienden om een short of weekski door te brengen.
