"We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card."

"Excellent views from rooms that face the lake. Outstanding staff. Breakfast was great, aside from all the greedy little birds! (not the fault of the property) Great water pressure in the room, plenty of hot water. The only issue I had was that the bed was just too soft."

"Wir waren schon zum 2ten Mal bei Nikola zu Gast, es ist wie nach Hause kommen, sogar unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut wieder dort zu sein. Ich mag das freundliche und friedliche Dorfleben und mit dem Wagen alles schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit."

"not a king size bed as advertised, ants all in the kitchen, no toilet paper and we had to rent the towels and sheets. no coffee maker, cheap pots and pans. no cleaning soap. no sofa, only a rock hard futon to seat on. The view from the balcony was great and the indoor pool was not available."

"Schöne gepflegte Wohnung über dem Gardasee. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Betten, wunderschöne grüne und ruhige Lage. Hatte alles was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen.
