Appartamento Kelly, Theater Home - with terrace and garage

The apartment "Kelly" is located in the hamlet of Olzano (Tignale), in a central position with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and about 7 km from Lake Garda. Furnished with a refinement of details in a modern style, it has every comfort to make your holiday easier and allows you to relax immersed in the typical life of the locals. At approx. 700 m is the center of Gardola, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, etc.

The apartment is a two-room apartment on the ground floor of approx. 50 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 3 people. It is made up of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, dressing room with sink and bathroom with shower. The comforts include the kitchen (4 induction burners and extractor fan), microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine, washing machine. In the apartment there are Wi-Fi lines, heating and air conditioning for a fee. For the car there is a private garage about 20 meters away.

Free access to the swimming pool of another residence about 300 meters from the apartment.

Sport and health: Outdoor swimming pool at 2 km, Tennis at 300 m, Mountain-Bikes (possibility to rent at the Ferrero Tabaccheria), excursions, Nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf at about 13 km (at Golf Bogliaco).
