"The room was clean and bright; there was a lingering fragrance from cleaning products but it aired out quickly. The room was nice, bed rather hard, bedclothes skimpy. Plenty of pillows. Good water pressure and water almost hot enough for a good shower. HOWEVER, despite having paid in advance, the property charged me $50 for a "damage deposit" at check-in. The desk clerk claimed it would be refunded as soon as the room was "checked for damage." Are two elderly women likely to kick holes in...
