Shangri-La Resort

"This is a BEAUTIFUL property with amazing amenities. The web site does not do justice. It is WAY better than it shows. A true Caribbean high end resort style pool, two golf courses sitting on a beautiful lake with all of the lake amenities. Tennis courts, pickle ball and even wiffle ball! Game room for the kids and a golf simulator. FANTASTIC. Rooms were clean but zero daily service on a 3 day stay. I had to ask for clean set ups. The food beverage is below mediocre. The menus sound GREAT, but the food is institutional and doesn't match the menu descriptions. The Golf Club is sensational, but their food was also mediocre. There is no wine list, just a few bottles of red & white. I highly recommend this property, just know it is not a culinary delight."
