"This property is absolutely perfect! It's exactly what you see in the pictures! Clean and beautiful! Great view of Grand Lake! They have added so many amazing touches - auto-open/close toilet seat even! The beds are so very comfortable. The location is just off of the highway but with no noise and just close enough to mini golf, restaurants, and the town. We can't wait to go back!"

For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. "

We had a really bad storm and she was quick to respond with some concerns. There is a well stocked dollar store walking distance from the house if you forget a few things. "This place is definately on our favorites list. The view is outstanding. The patio is large. Grill is great. Furniture is comfortable. Tables inside and out are large. Kitchen well stocked. Roads are paved and not steep. No stairs. Beds OK. Only thing lacking are grab bars in master bath. We will definitely be back. Mom loved her mothers day trip with her kids. She is 86 and we are over 60. We played games, watched tv, sat on patio for hours, shopped, ate lots and slept. What more could you...
