"My wife and I are empty nesters and love travel. This is our first trip to Cosa Rica, and we loved it. The El Silencio del Campo was definitely a highlight of the trip. We stayed active and hiked, did the beautiful outdoor activities here, including horseback riding in the mountains. All the activities made the Hot Springs and Spa all the more enjoyable and helped our recouperation! We very much enjoyed the Spa, great services and very professional, the outdoor palapa and birdsong in the backgroud was great. The on sight Hot Springs were exceptional. We visited others off sight, but far preferred the hot springs at El Silencio. They felt like natual pools, and not an ellaborate mand made pool. Lastly the resteraunt was exceptional too. Service and food were 5 star and very reasonable. We will be back."

"I loved the property, the pool area is beautiful, rooms and restrooms were properly clean. Gorgeous view of the volcano! But the best were the people! The service everywhere was excellent, Alejandra and Jonathan during breakfast were amazing! Wilmer at the pool bar. Fabian when we checked in. Everyone from the reception to the bars were so great. Thanks for making our stay extra special. Definitely coming back! "

"The most beautiful grounds ever. You are just engulfed in the rainforest right on the property. So all kinds of tropical life from our hotel room I have to add that the staff, especially Carlos and Gabriel went above and beyond to make our dining experience excellent. "

"The place is magical. No A/C but it wasn’t too hot. The restaurant is decent and the views of the volcano are to die for. It’s a bud watcher’s paradise and the trails are beautiful. I would stay at this resort again. "
