My one critique of the hotel is that the service staff in the hotel breakfast room is understaffed and the breakfast service is not very good. Consequently we started having breakfast in the club lounge, where the service was always superior and the pastries and breads were fantastic."

"We chose the Pullman because it is on the same block as the Franziskus-Krankenhaus hospital. Our daughter was admitted unexpectedly and so we were only able to book one day at a time. The Pullman was very accommodating with these last minute additions. The only downside to this otherwise very nice hotel was the spotty WiFi."
