"Ivyhouse Lane leading to site dreadful. Parking on site inadequate and in our case to far from accommodation. In order to be able to have swim we would have had to purchase passes at 20 per person for a 3day break. Rather expensive. The bin area was overflowing and in a disgusting state."

"Caravan wasn’t fixed properly was having some funny noise kids was scared to sleep, on my parking spot there was some screws on the floor "

"It is a peaceful surround and the caravan is as described, and overall we enjoyed our stay.But, there were some cleanliness issues such as grime in the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival and we were also surprised at missing basics like hand soap, sufficient toilet paper, and kitchen basics like salt & pepper, which are standard in all rentals. "We stayed for two nights in order to attend a wedding in Hailsham. The hotel’s at a spacious area and pleasant surroundings. The checkin was speedy. We were pleasantly surprised about how spacious and comfortable and clean our room was. The way the bed was ‘decorated’ gave us the feeling of a welcoming gesture from the hotel. Everywhere in the room is spotless and the decoration is warm and refreshing. We were served by a lovely lady at the restaurant where we dined although the food was nicely presented, couple of the dishes did not quite matched the rest of the offer of the hotel. Nevertheless, we loved the bread rolls and the service. The health club is amazing with everything to the highest level of quality level. The checkout was fast. The lobby is huge with many seats for guests to enjoy chats and relax with friends and families with some beverages on the comfy seats. "
