Villa Sunrise is located in Puerto del Carmen close to Beach Playa Chica, Villa Sunrise has a Private Pool (Heated Optional for 14 euros per day **Dear Guest we need to know at least 2 days before arrival ** 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 singles beds, sea views from the upstairs terrace, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, free parking, and living room.

Puerto del Carmen is situated in the southern-central part of the island, some 10 minutes away from the international airport, and is Lanzarote’s main tourist area. It grew from just a small fishing village with few inhabitants to become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Canary Islands. The boom began in the ’60s when the Hotel Fariones and the Hotel San Antonio were built, which would mark the future of the area. It was named in honor of the Virgin del Carmen, the patron saint of fishermen. The Day of El Carmen’s festivities involve carrying the Virgin on board a ship and sailing a short route along the coast of Lanzarote.

location very good for shops bars restaurants ,villa was clean but basic eg only 2 coffee cups odd wine glasses,very shabby chic ,it could be really nice with a few improvements have stayed in better in pdc for the same price

Fantastic Villa

Just home from a week in Puerto Del Carmen over Christmas. This villa was absolutely perfect. The check in process was easy and stress free, the villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the old town and about a 10 minute walk to the new town/strip. 10/10 place and will 100% be back here!

Great location, so close to beaches, shops, cafes, bike rentals etc. Scuba diving within a few minutes walk. It's a great place to hire a bike and go explore the island. The pool, eventhough small, is a really nice bonus.

Only recommended addition would be air conditioning for summer months. The view of the sea from the upstairs balcony is fantastic! The owners were helpful, responsive and non-intrusive.
