Apartment in superb location with stunning views of the beach and horizon - great terrace a pleasure to spend time outside! The sun loungers need attention as some are cracked.Well appointed kitchen(dishcloth would have been useful)and comfortable living area - easy access to pool!Shower and bathroom good.There was not any soap/ shower gel which was disappointing.Bedroom - mattress was ok but the pillows need renewing urgently and better bedding!A shame really for the few negatives mentioned as it would have been faultless - definitely recommend!

Fantastic apartment. The location is perfect, 2 mins and about 20 steps or a ramp from the strip. The terrace is huge and the views of the beach and the sunsets are incredible. Full British TV channels and a comfortable lounge. Beds comfortable and plenty of hangers and wardrobe space. We stayed in October and the fans in he lounge and bedroom were needed as the apartment does get warm. The complex is clean, well maintained and very safe. We would love to stay here again.

The accommodation was fantastic, the location is superb, just off the main strip, but didn't hear much noise to say how close it is. The place was very clean with plenty of space both inside and out, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen had everything you need, although we didn't use it much. The living room area was very comfortable with accidental afternoon naps being taken . The only downside I could find is the walk up to the accommodation from the gate, there is a bit of a slope which then leads to either 20 steps or a steep slope, not great after a night out or carrying heavy shopping. It was a small price to pay for such a fantastic property, we are already talking about going back next year. Communication with Dean was great throughout, even when we had a slight problem, where we lozcked ourselves out. The door is the kind you can only open from the outside with the key, so don't do what we did and shut the door with the key inside, or you have to wait and pay a call out fee. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not suitable for disabled or elderly or poor mobility,

Starting of positive as the complex itself was lovely, qiute well maintained and view from apartment was stunning. However on the downside we were told by the host the apartment was a ground floor which was not the case and the reality was that to get to the apartments front door entrance is 34 steps in total, if you do not use the steep accessible ramp and 10 if you can manage the steep incline ramp pathway. Back entrance to the apartment was 64 steps. The climb from pavement level (street) to front door of the apartment using the steep incline ramp must be approximately 40 metres. There was no welcome pack (water etc)… The apartment generally was a bit tired looking and would benefit from a bit of TLC and especially the walls needing painted and the sofa could also do with a clean. The built in wardrobe storage areas had a bad mould smell which went onto clothes. The washing machine also had a bad stale mould smell. more …

Great place in Puerto Del Carmen

All about the location.Super central to all amenities. Beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Far enough from front strip that the noise you can hear is not a problem.Flat very clean and comfortable and well equipped.We only used double bedroom, 2nd bedroom set up is more for kids.Patio area very good, large and quiet as it’s last apartment in block.Pool right in front of apt, didn’t use as beach is so close.Steps and climb have to be consideration for some but thankfully not an issue for us.2 min from main strip up some ramps and steps you can relax enjoy the elevated views of the beach right over to Fuerteventura.We plan to come back

Fantastic holiday

A fantastic holiday had by all. The apartment was amazing, it had everything you could think of. Communication with Dean at all stages of the process was very easy and helpful. Checking in was easy and simple to follow all steps sent by Dean. The apartment is close to the beach, shops and bars. We will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Perfect in every way

Lovely apartment in a great location, right in the middle of everything but very peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing..panoramic view..fantastic sunsets. Every attention to detail has been thought of in this apartment, making it a perfect place to stay. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Très bon séjour, Appartement et cuisine très bien équipé (comme à la maison…) belle terrasse également.. Le meilleur emplacement de la résidence, vue sur mer et la piscine (tout au fond de la résidence, éloigné des va et vient). Nous avons croisé notre hôte et la femme de ménage, tous deux agréables et soucieux de notre confort… Nous y retournons avec plaisir… Stéphane.

Wonderful stunning apartment

Well how do I start stunning views great location to beach and bars you are that close to everything you want to be near but very quiet that is outside great location Inside apartment there’s everything you need from all tv programs you could imagine dishwasher washing machine two great size rooms plenty of space for all your clothes we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone as there is not one fault you can find thanks for a fantastic holiday tam & Mary. Fantastic apartment

Apartment is in a great location on a lovely gated complex. Great outside terrace with sun beds if you don’t feel like going to sunbathe round the pool. Well equipped, only lacking in aircon but there is a ceiling fan in lounge. Dean the manager very helpful and we’ll definitely stay again .

Stunning views close to bars & restaurants

4 of us stayed in this lovely apartment. There were some plug in fans and a ceiling fan in the living room but this property would benefit from an air conditioning unit. Sun trap all day long, however it doesn’t benefit from the breeze you can get down by the pool just a few steps away. Would be good to have been left more than 1 bin bag and 1 toilet roll. It’s not too far to the shop. But then there were 4 of us to carry shopping back, and there’s a good few steps once you reach the gates. Having to provide guest passport info both before arrival AND upon arrival seems unnecessary, once should suffice. There are some beds available for use around the pool but it’s not very clear which ones, and some other loud (rude) guests in the complex weren’t long telling us which ones were theirs, even though they didn’t use them for about 4 hours! There were bath, hand and pool towels provided, and there is a washing machine to wash them if you need to (doesn’t take long to dry even in October!) hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer there also, and a huge tv which we only put on once during the stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this apartment, but only as a 2nd choice because of all the steps, but a lovely view of the sea from the living room and outdoor terrace.

Beautiful Apartment

Exactly as described,perfect location,bus stop and taxi rank a few minutes walk,fab terrace with views of lovely pool and sea,found the wi fi really good no probs,there is no air con unfortunately and I think this could be a prob mid summer as it was quite stuffy even at 23 degrees,myself and husband were eaten alive at night by mosquitoes even with bug repellent on as there is no mosquito netting(prob not a prob to others)I would definitely visit this apartment again in the cooler months as we enjoyed it so much.

Great location

Although it is right on the main strip, it is behind and above all the action and in fact very quiet. As previously described the kitchen is oversupplied and could probably benefit from a little purging. The only thing we wanted and couldn't find was measuring spoons. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Well equipped apartment with great sea view

The owners of this apartment obviously use it themselves, as it has a comprehensive selection of equipment - in fact the kitchen cupboards contain so much pots, pans, crockery and gadgets there isn't much room for storing food. It has an internet TV system, so hundreds of channels including streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon (provided you have your own account); it does get a bit congested at times and can freeze for a minute. The WiFi generally ran at 20 to 40 Mbps, though occasionally much less (see above). It is immediately adjacent to the pool area. The best feature is the front and side terrace, the largest on the complex, with a clear view of sea and sunsets; the side has a table under a wooden roof, which provides shade from midday sun and shelter from any rain. The downsides: the terrace is overlooked by the sundeck of the complex next door; there's no a/c, just a ceiling fan in the lounge, and the windows have no mosquito netting;
