The property's best feature is the nice ample terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, perfect to bask in the sunshine. It is an ideal apartment for those who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful climate of Lanzarote whilst also being close to all amenities.

The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, one of the few residences right on the coastline, with walking distances to the main amenities of Puerto del Carmen including restaurants & bars, shopping centres, supermarkets and excursions and car hire.

There is a nice and huge terrace with privileged views to the sea. The property has private access to the beach of la Peñita. It is also just a 10 min walk if you want to enjoy any of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

A swimming pool is not necessary here as you have a beautiful beach just 1 second away!

There are two spacious bedrooms both with double beds. This has a nautical theme ideal for the kids. There are also two bathrooms one inside the property and the other accessible from the terrace, perfect when you come back from the beach.

It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven and all the crockery and tableware that you may need. The villa is also equipped with free WIFI. There are TVs in the Kitchen, the main bedroom and a SMART TV the living room.

The owners provide linen and towels and if a highchair or cot is required all you need do is ask.

We like to give our guests space but are available 24/7 for anything they may need, be it a restaurant recommendation or a detail in the apartment, we are just a phone call/text message away.
