Welcome to José, a warm and inviting private suite at La Casa del Medianero, a beautifully restored Canarian home in the tranquil village of Mácher. This suite is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and small families looking for a peaceful island retreat with easy access to both the northern and southern sights of Lanzarote.



José is one of six fully private suites on the property. Each suite includes its own private indoor spaces—bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and TV—so you’ll have full privacy and independence during your stay. Just outside, you’ll find shared outdoor areas like the heated saltwater pool, sun terraces, garden patios, a barbecue area, and laundry facilities.

Your Private Suite



Step inside José and enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a 160×200 cm double bed and plenty of natural light. Your private en-suite bathroom includes a shower, a hairdryer, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. The suite’s own private kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and essential kitchenware.



The living area has a two-seater sofa and a double sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two small children. For entertainment and work, there’s a Smart TV and high-speed fiber-optic WiFi (~65 Mbps).



To ensure comfort in all seasons, José features integrated smart climate control in the bedroom, maintaining a pleasant 24°C with slight adjustments possible.

- April–October: 09:00–19:00

- November–March: 09:00–18:00

- Sun terrace and landscaped garden patios

- Free on-site parking inside the property



Just outside your suite, a furnished outdoor sitting area offers a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine.

Mácher is a quiet, authentic village conveniently located for exploring Lanzarote. The stunning Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are just a 15-minute drive away. You’ll also find supermarkets, local restaurants with authentic Canarian cuisine, petrol stations, and the village church nearby.

Check-in is digital and keyless. Guests must complete a mandatory online check-in form before arrival to receive secure access instructions via the Hoomvip webapp.

Capacity & Rates



The base rate covers one to two guests. A third guest or up to two small children can be accommodated on the double sofa bed for an additional nightly fee. Please ensure all extra guests are added to your reservation details.

We provide bed linen, bath towels, pool/beach towels, and kitchen cloths. For stays longer than one week, we provide a courtesy cleaning service that includes a change of bed linen and towels, along with a light refresh of the suite.
