Fantastic apartment
Stayed for 10nts. Apartment in a great spot close to absolutely everything. Clean, comfortable with a seemless check-in and check-out. Contact with owner was superb. Will definitely book again.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely apartment
We had a brilliant time in a lovely, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. It had everything we needed to allow us to enjoy our holiday. Just as we expected from the information provided. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials including a washing machine and an air fryer. Towels and bed linen changed as promised. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Highly recommended.

The apartment was as described. Spacious with ample storage although a few more coat hangers would have been good along with some drawers. A hairdryer in each room was very handy with 4 ladies. The leftover condiments were useful as were the leftover toiletries. Very good shower too. Handy to have sandwich bags ( for sandwiches on the flight home) Little touches like that are very helpful. The apartment is up a hill which wasn’t a problem to us despite being mature ladies. Lovely views from the balcony and we loved the loungers.

The apartment was really super. Very good size, well equipped, very comfortable beds, proper and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses - incl. Champagne glasses! Very bright too. Excellent location just a few moments from the beach, superb sea and mountain views.

Lovely appartment
Property was very clean with great facilities and plenty of kitchenware. Lovely large balcony that has sun for most of the day. Located just away from the main throng so reasonably quiet. Plenty supermarkets nearby. Loved my stay here !

One of the best places to stay in PDC
I have stayed in a few places in PDC over the years, this apartment is clean, with great views and in one of the best positions I’ve ever been in. The bathroom refit looks great and plenty of hot water. Short walk from the front and a great restaurant a 100 yds away. If it has a negative that would be a lack of oven, the kitchen has everything but. Yet the number of restaurants in PDC covers it well.

Nice apartment good location
This is a central location for the main strip in Puerto del Carmen but away from the noise. Emails to Rossi were promptly answered and we had no issues with the accommodation . I would use the apartment again if returning to the location. It is a private apartment across from the Cinco Plaza hotel.

Came on the 10th march for a weeks stay nice appartment views of the sea. Supermarket across road
Good experience we went into lock down after 3 days but were still here waiting for rescue flight they have been very accommodating.

Lanzarote Feb 2020. 3 weeks break.
Great Location, but different instructions on arrival would have been helpful. This apartment is not part of the Parque Tropical site, and you should get out of the taxi outside the Cinco Plazas hotel, which is directly opposite. We had no contact from Roberto whilst there other than a telephone conversation to report a problem. After a week our TV had stopped working, and with permission & guidance from Roberto it was re-booted and fixed. We did however inform him that a towel rail and hook had come off the wall in the bathroom, but this was never fixed. For the first 2 weeks there were only 2 of us stopping, but there were 4 for the last week. To make things cosier we rearranged the settee to a new angle, there was a lot of dust behind the settee, and the only broom or mop we could find were on the balcony and not very clean for indoor use. We did not report this to Roberto, it was not a major problem. General observations, again not reported, were that there were only 2 sunbeds and no umbrellas on the balcony. There is a very good roll out blind, but in February it did not shade the sun at any time. Although not required, we could not find a heater in the apartment. We had a great holiday overall, and would certainly go back again.

First impression when opening the door was wow, how spacious and the light this property is, the walk in rain shower is a nice touch with handles on the wall so as not to slip when getting in and out. Having two bed rooms was ideal as we could have whole wardrobe each and choice of room to sleep in, the front bed room is definitely the cooler of the two. We enjoyed the large terrace balcony of evening watching the sun set and you have an amazing sea and mountain view to wake up to. It was also easy to just relax of an evening when staying in as the tv has all English channels, cooking in the property was also easy due to the four ring hob however it does lack an oven, the washing machine is straight forward to use. There is a large super market across the road and two very nice but very different restaurants just a couple of hundred meters away, the beach and all other bars and restaurants are literally at the bottom of the road, within five minutes you're in the thick of it. Its a lovely little apartment with great views, it's close to bars and restaurants, it lacks an oven and needed a quick sweep through when we arrived but that aside we will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great UK TV channels and lovely terrace. Close to supermarket and only 10 minute walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Super and clean apartment in ideal location within walking distance of the beach
I have stayed at this apartment many times before and it gets better and better due to the owners and their manager’s care and continued improvements. This visit it felt fresh with new bedroom and balcony furniture. It is in an ideal position in Puerto del Carmen, close enough to walk to the beach and all the amenities yet also in a peaceful position with wonderful sea views. Will definitely return.

Absolutely Beautiful Apartment
Spent 18 days here in this apartment with my mother, son and nephew. Apartment was very clean and the owner very professional. Made the whole booking process so effortless. It had everything you need. Good powerful shower, lovely double glazed windows, wifi connection was superb and a great array of satellite channels available. Kitchen came equipped with everything you could need. Property was serviced on a weekly basis by a lovely woman and changed all towels and bed linen and cleaned shower. A connection had become loose, as these things do happen- reported and literally within 10 minutes the owner had arrived to fix and was sorted in no time. The apartment location is so peaceful and the views are to die for. Very close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The hill leading to the apartment from the main strip may put off the less mobile but a couple of days at it and you are well in the swing. Had a fabulous time here and would not hesitate to recommend. I can't thank the owner enough. On our last day we had a late flight and luckily a late checkout was granted - so very very accommodating and service at its best. Great Location, so relaxing and wall to wall sunshine. Thank you

We loved our stay..apartment is basic but that’s what all you need for that very affordable price.
Loved our stay and we did not encounter any problem at all. Apartment is just 5 minutes from the beach/strip and very convenient for supermarkets(just stone-throw away), restaurants and bus stop. And my son loved the english TV channels!! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Loved our stay in Lanzarote. We did a lot of adventures/tours. Weather is great!!

The Apartment in need of a total revamp, windows are rotten hard to open and close, furniture is so old and dated dark and depressing, the place is very hot with one fan that's as old as the furniture , would not return to this Apartment

Had a lovely 10 day stay at apartment it is very close to the lovely beach and is lovely to relax on the balcony in the morning before the sun shines and in the evening watching the sunset.It is close to all bars supermarkets but far enough away to appreciate the peace and quiet of the lovely gardens. Stayed with Husband and 2 Daughters 19 & 16 and all enjoyed especially as the sun was shining each day. Supermarkets are well stocked and Nicos restaurant was great for takeaways and lovely meals. Would visit again
