Distributed across two floors, the house features three spacious bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), two full bathrooms, two cozy living rooms, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a small gym, ideal for long stays or families looking for space and comfort.

Outside, relax in the private garden with sun loungers, solarium, barbecue area, and a refreshing outdoor shower, all surrounded by the serenity of Lanzarote's wine country. Masdache is known for its tranquility and authenticity, making it an excellent base for exploring the island's attractions while enjoying a complete rest.

For your convenience, the property includes air conditioning, which can be accessed through a coin-operated meter that guests can recharge during their stay if necessary.

High-Standard Bathroom Amenities: High-quality shower gel and lotion dispensers provided in the bathrooms.

Initial Supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags to get started.

Private Gym: Stay active during your vacation with access to your own private gym, equipped for personal use.

Additional Information:

Self-Service Property: Casa Perdomo is completely self-service. Once the included items are used, they are not replaced. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, or cleaning products are not provided. However, basic cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket) are available for use.

Guest Policy: The nightly rate is based on 1 or 2 guests. Any additional guest over 3 years old is considered a paying guest and must be included in the reservation, with an additional nightly charge.

Check-in Process: After confirming your reservation, you will be asked to complete an online check-in form. Once completed, you will receive our digital welcome guide with useful local tips and recommendations to enhance your stay at Casa Perdomo.

Car Rental: To make the most of your time on the island, we recommend renting a car.
