"The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "

"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

"Stay is OK, But Reminded Staff to be extra effirt to clean paddle of water that create algae on ground and I didn’t notice as I plan to go around our car ( in front of our Hotel) and I Fall Big time, thankfully I didn’t break my hip,nor arm nor HEAD on that split second fall. MY BACK is full of Algae. I made the staff about it, the one who clean the Swimming pool & front Desk Staff, who only said “I’m sorry” didn’t bother What I feel. "

"Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources. Disappointing especially since we expected a comparable decent experience as QM in Downtown Lucena."
