"Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice. "

"Our other accom cancelled 12hrs before check in and we fell on our feet with this accom. Responsive to my late night call re check in (security guard showed us our room at 1am). Lovely outlook over the beach, room cleaned daily & bed turned down at night. Restaurant staff were wonderful, massage & tours were reasonably priced compared to getting a driver off the street. Milly the Maltese x hotel dog took a liking to our 6yr old son. 5-10min walk to lots of restaurants with a couple of basic ones 2mins away. Breaky included was wonderful. Not overdone and a waste of food like a buffet. We loved our stay and would come back again! Thanks team!"

"I had the most amazing stay at Cicada! Beautifully appointed resort, huge room with extremely comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Many thoughtful amenities and daily treats. Great communication from the hotel before my arrival, arranging transport from the airport. Gorgeous spa, pool and jacuzzi. The included activities were some of the highlights of the trip, jungle trekking, walks, yoga and temple visit. Fabulous ala carte breakfast. Most of all the staff were absolutely brilliant, fabulous personalised service and especially Musgi who really made the experience incredibly special. Looking forward to visiting again!"
