"We arrived at 5.15pm and found the doors closed and a sign on the door with a telephone number of the owner to call for arrivals after 4pm. We called the number and left a message, left with no option but to wait outside in a cold January day with a child. The owner called us back only 1.15h later!!! No where in the listing did it state that cats were part of the property. They roamed freely and we saw them on the counter in the kitchen which was disconcerting.
