"Exceeded my expectations, felt safe as a female traveler. Bathroom setup was a bit weird and had a see through foggy door by the bed 😬 but honestly not an issue. The shower flooded the bathroom floor a little but that’s to be expected in Europe. Close to the airport and had a restaurant. If you’re used to Hiltons and holiday inns it is comparable. Floor was a little stained but nothing bad. I would come back to this hotel again. Hotel gave us free bon bons. You’re welcome for the shower door pic😂"

"Was a nice big room and the hotel was easy to find. Convenient for early flights out of the Charleroi airport. Room itself was clean but the carpet in the room and hallway was stained, could use a cleaning. "

"A very modest and smallhotel that offers exactly what you need for an airport layover hotel that is comparatively very affordable in this area, and the only hotel offering a free airport shuttle service. The staff (Benjamin) were fantastic!!"

"The room had 3 issues: 1. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"The hotel is an amazing example of using space wisely, however you can only access the hot tub with a spa session which is misleading considering it’s listed as an amenity on Hotels.com. There was also no staff at the front desk when we arrived so our illegally parked car was stressful while we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in and let us know what the parking options were with the hotel. Room decor was very hip and the place had a great vibe."
