"We enjoyed our stay at the Sands apartment. It was a nice area with lovely views looking out to north beach. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom and only 10 hangers between two adults. We lived out our cases. The outside patio area and chairs were filthy and not cleaned for our arrival. "Lovely property, very clean, comfortable with little extra touches that made for a great bank holiday weekend. On site we used the pool and our boys loved it. The beach is just a short stroll away and a pleasant walk to Filey along the beach for fish & chips. Would definitely recommend and return."

"The parking was conveniently located, and sensibly price at £6 per night. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good condition, and we were very pleased with our room - Room 101. The breakfast was good value at £10 per person. We will stay at The New Southlands again."
