"From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. The staff,food, beds, entertainment nightly, location was excellent. Perfect appreciated manners and respect from young staff. All staff are a credit to the Doric. With complimentary tram passes it is effortless to see the sights of Blackpool. I can honestly say there wasn’t anything to complain about. "Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."
