Hotels.com com refuse to refund me for my booking stating the manager will not respond. There were either rats or birds in the roof space above my room, which kept me awake. Breakfast limited. No yogurt or fruit. Given butter for toast from a container in the kitchen and it was full of other people's crumbs and unidentified food.
