"Patricia was wonderful and helpful. The place is super clean and located in a quiet area perfect if you re looking to disconnect from a busy life. The only way to get there is through narrow winding roads. So make sure you have all your errands done before you head back there other wise grocery stores and are pretty far."

"I had not properly read that there would be no towels. We have not experienced this before. We had arrived by air so carrying those is not practical. Thankfully we were close to friends who helped us or we could not have had a shower after our long journey as there were no shops near. I wish they would be provided for other travellers like ourselves. We were told it was because of Covid but bed linen was provided and we could not understand the difference! Everything else was perfect."

"Logement avec des points forts et des points faibles. Équipements à améliorer renouveller entretenir (casserole four wifi canalisation) . Le 2eme étage est très chaud en été sous les combles ! Logement situé sous le clocher de l'église certes charmant mais énormes bruits de cloche dès 7h le matin. Dur dur pour les enfants aussi. Cependant Une situation géographique intéressante dans un village tout proche de Clermont et des points clés de la découverte de la région. Grands espaces."

"Vaste maison idéalement située entre l'axe autoroutier et les lieux touristiques. La disposition des pièces a permis le séjour en famille, et donc avec des rythmes différents, facile en évitant de se trouver en dessous de la chambre où le bébé faisait ses siestes (isolation faible, mais pour des vacances c'est moins gênant). 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, c'est parfait. Et la présence des vaches a fait énormément plaisir à notre fils qui adorait les regarder rentrer en fin de journée. Encore merci "

"Bed bug infestation!! We were covered. No communication back from the property company. Wi fi was not accessible as advertised. Kitchen glasses and plates were all dirty so we had to rewash them all. Showers were not clean, floors were not washed. Run away if you can"

"We came in this magical place for IM Vichy. The zone is very green and quiete. The unique bad news is the presenze of mosquitos in this part of France. "Nous avons passé un merveilleux Noël. Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Merci pour le grand sapin de Noël dans le Hall qui a fait son effet sur tous ! "One of the better Campanile, Clean, staff helpful and actually read the requests you make on the booking form. We need a ground floor room and this was affirmed by email prior to our stay. Not the case with other Campanile. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a cinema and adequate EV charging stations. I have stayed in a lot of Campanile and this is one of the few that I can recommend. "
