"I have stayed at this hotel before and it’s a good midpoint from Downtown and Chinatown. They have staffs at the door so it’s safe. The staffs are very helpful. "

"This hotel was so nice! We were able to check in early and the staff were very helpful. They speak great English. We love the 24 hr shuttle bus service too, since we had a 7 am flight. "

"Outstanding accommodations. Our family booked a 2BR suite that was spacious and luxurious -- with very comfortable firm mattresses. Great location in a vibrant and bustling commercial area, but no street noise in the rooms. Nice pool. Excellent concierge and reception. Very much enjoyed the rooftop lounge. Unexpected highlight was the salon, where husband and wife each got top-quality haircuts and styling (with shampoo head-massage). Breakfast buffet was good, but our least favorite aspect of the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"We took a river facing room and were hoping for a better experience but music and traffic noise from the street was a minor issue despite keeping the windows and door closed."

"Middkw if the places i like to connect with..also good to hv a reasonable workout gym. However found lacking of toiletries such as shaver. And simple tea bag lacking of varities vs smaller boutique hotel."
