"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all amazing and we loved our spacious suite with our own private pool. We had a great time splashing in the waves on the pristine beach and were in awe of the stunning green hills surrounding the resort. It is in a tucked away location, but there were tours and shuttles available to guests, also plenty of activities on site. We were just happy to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery!"

"We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. The pool was delightful and the perfect temperature. Using the bikes to get around the resort was fun. The beach is huge with very few people."

"Ocean villas is a quiet relaxing stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Da Nang central but is reasonable close to it at 13kms. Facilities, rooms, pool and restaurant is modern and pleasant you won’t find anything lacking in this department. "I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. I have found, but stayed here for 10 days on a retreat and the staff, food and facilities were first class. The front desk and all the staff were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This resort is a refuge surrounded by beautiful forest, exquisite, landscaping, and the river. I also want to put in a plug for the spa where they have a steam bath, sauna, cold, plunge, pool, and excellent masseuse. All the food was fresh and incredibly...

"Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach."

"The resort is small in size (20-odd villas). Each villa is spacious and has it's private pool, kitchen (sparsely equipped) and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The whole resort can benefit from a spruce up. Overall we booked this as a shirt r&r in the mid of our Cambodia/Vietnam tour and it allowed us to get that. "

"It’s a first hotel in my trip to Vietnam this time. I have to say it grew on me. Convenience is the word and it’s very close to the Centre and city of Hue. The restaurants & bar are great in this areas and reasonably priced. I extended my stay here for a couple more days. Staff is polite and responsive. "

The room was big and clean with a nice balcony. The breakfast selection and setting are excellent, and the two pools are great KOI Resort is still clearly in its early stage. At the time of stay (May 6-10, 2024), the gym wasn't yet fully open (just a few cardio machines) and the spa hadn't yet opened either....
