Clean walls, cold A/C and eco smart switches. Now.. Floor was dirty and we had to call for a cleaning. At the end we decided to do ourselves. Provided towels are thin and worn so we decided to buy our own. Kitchen have enough dishes and cups for family of 4 but not enough forks and spoons. Dirty and broken...

"Hotel is right in city center. It is ideal location to explore the city by foot. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The negative ones are each room should have a clothes drying rack , a full length mirror, and a lower step-in bath tub/shower."

"Room was switched and baited at the last minute as I arrived into Vietnam. Alternative room offered had insects and moved into another room. Mid stay, the owner unilaterally moved our belongings into another room when we weren’t present as they had double booked the room. Claims to have told us at the beginning of this but there were no communication documented when we chatted on WhatsApp and no heads up of the move. Had we known about this upfront, we would have just canceled and moved...
