"Room smelt musty, carpets looked dirty and as old as the hills. Kitchen poorly equipped and very poorly laid out making it difficult to work with. Fridge was on a massive lean and needed throwing out. We had a 2 bed apartment and our daughters single bed had only a thin sheet directly over the old mattress. Spare pillow didn't have a pillow case making it unusable."

"The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2...
