"I had a terrible experience with this hotel I was visiting from Colorado to a family event close by,I booked a room through expedia . I made my reservation 2 days prior and the one more the same day I supposed to stay on June 20th. I have the 2 confirmation numbers that expedia provided me. We arrived around 12:30ish am. The receptionist told they were not expecting more guests all the rooms were occupied and I was not even the system they were not expecting me .but surprisingly my credit card...
