"Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches...

"The unit was as described - the balcony/patio had a direct view of the beach and the 2nd floor view was incredible. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, plus they labeled all of the cabinets so we didn't have to search when we needed something. The complex was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Downtown Corpus Christi was just across the bridge so we were close to everything we came to see. A great little weekend getaway!"

"The entire property reflected the devastation that hurricanes and winter storms can produce. I’ve never lived in a place with extreme weather so the evidence was sobering. There is extensive construction being done in the entire area including roads and bridges. The condo itself is small but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay. "Our stay at this beach front Condo was fantastic! The condo was clean and nice. The ocean and beach view was perfect for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and watching the ocean. It was great to be able to get out in the water and beach just steps from the Condo. The Condo being on the third floor was great as we had no neighbors above us!. We enjoyed going to Port Aransas and riding the ferry, eating at Tortuga's and the beach and direct Gulf Ocean water....

"Nicely decorated condo. Smaller than we expected but owners have done a nice job renovating and decorating. Exterior is pretty rough. First time up on the elevator the doors wouldn't open. A lot of construction on and around the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again."

"We had a wonderful stay! It’s right on the beach, there’s two pools and everyone was super friendly. Lorena was amazing with communication and helping with anything we needed. There were some renovations being done so the daytime can be noisy but it’s nothing crazy. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for our next trip!"

"It is on the beach and although an older unit it was relatively clean. That is the only good we can say. The building was under construction, communications was awful, there was a $15 check in fee that is not list on the advertisement. took almost 2 hours to get into unit, then the internet and TV did not work and the water pressure was nil. The main bed is on the floor, not ideal for those with knew issues or elderly I would imagine."

"I use VRBO a lot. I've NEVER had such a horrible experience! The owner was EXTREMELY rude & delayed her response to us, which seemed purposeful (I'll explain at the end). When we first checked in, there was a large roach in the kitchen my husband had to kill. It smelled like cat spray. The sofa sleeper is one that kept falling down, once onto my husband's toe while my teenager was sitting on it.
