Fun family get away,located first floor,private balcony with beach view,studio kitchen ,wifi access with cable ,2 pools including one heated pool during fall/winter,minutes away from located attractions such as USS Lexington,Hurricane Alley waterpark,Texas state aquarium,private parking(one time $20parking permit obtain at check in front desk,elevator for access to first floor,washer dryer located on every floor,our condo is 420sqft will accommodate 3adults and 2children or 2adults and 4children,kids or younger smaller adults love the bunk beds along the hallway!!! the office closes at 10pm so u must check in before 10pm to get your parking pass,and avoid getting car towed,front office does leave a emergency number on door if you arrive after 10,!!!!!if u reserved thru expedia and don't hve a vrbo app open then u must contact us thru our email on file,that will be the way to insure u get our check in and check out process and door codes Thank you as of 2024property is under some renovations so construction and some messy areas around property Thank you

Everything was easy to book and check in and check out. The Host was very responsive. The view from the balcony was great to enjoy your morning coffee. Short walk down to the beach. Would definitely book here again.

Great Easter Weekend

When I first booked this, I was skeptical. However the property was very clean. The pool was really nice and heated. I was very pleased with what I got for the price. The host had a great communication.

Great quiet getaway

We enjoyed our quiet little getaway here! Short walk to the beach which was private access so not crowded at all. Owner responds very quickly to anything you need or ask.

Perfect Family vacation

We stayed here for 7 days and had the best time! The condo is adorable and the bed is so comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds! The beach is a super short walk and I loved enjoying my coffee on the balcony. Everyone was so friendly and the check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Great get away!

This was a nice quiet place to stay right off of the beach. The room was nice and clean and very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for a family of 5 and complete with dishes a stove and refrigerator. It was nice to sit on the balcony and relax. The seagulls come by for visits and the kids loved that.

Beach getaway

The host was super responsive any time I sent a message, and was accompanying with an earlier check in time. It was so convenient to be so close to the beach! And being within minutes of some good eating establishments! We enjoyed visiting the USS Lexington and the Aquarium ! The space was quaint and clean and served our family well during our short visit !

Wonderful hosts

We enjoyed our stay and even got extra time in the room. The host messaged us allowing an early check in and a late check out which made for a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend! Everything was as advertised. Would definitely book again.

Great Location and Great Owner Communication

This property was as advertised. Walking distance to the beach and very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo and would rent it again. The owner communicated from beginning to end. The property was clean and check in was very easy.

Amazing As Always

I believe this is our 4th year staying in this condo and the owners are always ready for us by sending me messages before and during the trip to make sure that we have a smooth check in and stay! Any time that I have a question or need some assistance they are super responsive and supportive to our needs. The condo is so cute, clean and inviting! Can’t see my family and I staying anywhere else when we visit corpus!

Great location

Needs some updating and touch ups, the tub could use a good scrub, the stick-on tile on the bar was weird and everything stuck to it. But it worked really well for our family of 5. Queen bed was really configurable and kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Location was great, right by the pool and a short walk to the beach access. A/C worked really well! Mosquitos are huge, mean, and in large supply so bring spray. We had 2 forks, so more would have been better. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

Nice Weekend Getaway

The condo was small but very nicely, cheerfully decorated and great for a short weekend getaway! The complex and surrounding area is outdated, and seems to be going through revitalization, so it wasn’t the nicest location. Felt safe and right on North Beach but virtually nothing to walk to and just overall rundown area. Lots of construction at the complex, no noise issues, and can tell they’re doing a major property improvement. Pool area looks new and was very clean. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and was well kept. Great communication with the host, they even offered to let us in early which, unfortunately, couldn’t take advantage of since didn’t arrive until almost 10pm. The unit could use better kitchen knives, it was almost impossible to slice an apple with the knives provided but I’m guessing people inadvertently take them. Otherwise everything is there! My only issue is I specifically asked before booking if there was an elevator, explaining my husband has difficulty walking, and the host said there was but upon arriving told elevator out of order and had been for months. It didn’t sound as though it’s getting fixed anytime soon. While it’s only 20 or 25 stairs that took my husband over half an hour b/c he can only do a few steps at a time. Oh well, I presume the host wasn’t aware the elevator was still out of order but guests should be informed of that ahead of time.
