"Overall, we liked a lot about our stay. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were a nice quality & we did use them. The TV was great. Large screen with easy operation. The breakfast was very good! We weren't crazy about being required to watch a video about what, we're not even sure, but it was not as helpful as a pleasant person explaining things at the desk. Very impersonal & didn't seem to be about anything useful that we could pick up from it. When we got to the room there was only one coffee pack & it was decaf, so I went to the desk & requested coffee, which I received. But then I got back to the room & found there were no coffee cups. So, back to the front desk again. (Not a short distance.) Staff could have been more friendly & inviting. The outdoor walkway upstairs seems to have stains of unknown substances that I didn't really want to step in. Although it would be a difficult area to clean with guests present. We would probably stay here again. It was very affordable. And the problems were small things that could have just been a simple oversight."
