"El proceso de check-in fue rápido... esa fue lo único positivo de mi estancia. Las instalaciones del hotel muestran un nivel de deterioro considerable y una evidente falta de mantenimiento. La habitación asignada no tenía iluminación funcional; al reportarlo en recepción, la única respuesta que recibí fue que utilizara las lámparas de la habitación. Además, las condiciones de limpieza y salubridad fueron inaceptables. La regadera tenía fugas constantes, la bañera presentaba manchas amarillentas y acumulación visible de moho, el baño tenía un olor desagradable y encontré una telaraña junto con una araña de gran tamaño dentro de la habitación. La ropa de cama, incluyendo sábanas y edredón, presentaba manchas visibles, al igual que la alfombra. El desayuno tampoco estuvo a la altura. Salvo por los waffles, la oferta fue extremadamente limitada y austera. Incluso los huevos cocidos se encontraban simplemente colocados para que cada huésped los pelara por su cuenta, dando la impresión de un servicio improvisado y de baja calidad. En mi opinión, el establecimiento no cumple con los niveles básicos de comodidad, mantenimiento, limpieza y servicio que deberían garantizarse a cualquier cliente. La experiencia fue profundamente decepcionante y considero que se requieren mejoras urgentes en las instalaciones, los protocolos de limpieza y la atención a los reportes de los huéspedes."

"No hot water. Asked several times. All I got was I’ll have them check the boiler. Another woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders like whatever. Location is nice. No fridge in the room. Bed kept sliding away from the wall. Remote for tv had dead batteries. It’s just a cheap place to lay your head but at that price I’ve been in much better motels."
